A clear lemon-yellow wine with greenish sparkles. It is elegant on the nose, with whiffs of white flowers and citrus and tropical fruits like white peaches. Its time in wood barrels adds notes of toasted bread and the subtle fragrance of vanilla flower. It is pleasant, fresh and unctuous on the mouth with a crisp acidity.
