Harvest: Fully ripe grapes are hand-picked and gathered in small boxes in our own vineyards.
Vinification: Soft crushing, destemming, barrelling and maceration with skin over 24hs followed by solids separation and fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 15-18 degrees. A 30% is fermented and aged for approximately three months in French acacia wood barrels, which intensify Malbec’s top note, preserving its fruit hints and adding exquisite flower notes of linden and orange blossom. Then the blend is made with the remaining 70% and it is swiftly bottled to enhance its colour and vivacity.
